Use the Move up and Move down buttons to move macro actions in Macro Design View.

Move Up

An operation to adjust the order of items in a list, sequence, or hierarchy, moving a selected item to a higher position.

Move Down

The action or command to lower the position of a selected item in a list, document, or graphical interface.

Macro Design View

An interface within a database application that allows users to create and manage complex macros.
